Sun Goes Down Single Released

Today, we're releasing the official Sun Goes Down single. It's a preview of what's coming up on our next album - The Double Life Begins - which we're releasing in a couple of weeks time.

We're really proud of Sun Goes Down, and we hope that you like it too. Last week we released our official music video for it - a fast paced video with plenty of twists - which received some great feedback and quite a lot of press, and we hope you like the Sun Goes Down single release just as much. On the single itself we're including Sun Goes Down along with a B-Side called Time Machine, and an exclusive acoustic version of Sun Goes Down too. We hope that you enjoy them all.

Sun Goes Down Official Music Video

Our latest music video, for our upcoming single Sun Goes Down, is out today. We've had a great time making the video, and we'd like to thank our special guest star, Cameron King, who played our hitman. We worked with a truly great production team, and we couldn't be happier with the team. You can view the full video above.

As you can see in the exclusive behind the scenes Vine video above, we had a fantastic time making the video. It was great fun but very hard work, and we truly hope that our fans appreciate it.

Double Life Begins Tour

Today, we're really pleased to be announcing our full UK tour, which we'll be playing at some fantastic venues up and down the country next year.

We know from what you guys have been saying on twitter that this tour is eagerly anticipated amongst our great fanbase - so we're sure it'll be a sell out!

You can view the full dates and venues list over at our live dates page, here. Tickets go on sale on Wednesday 30th October at 9.00am - so be sure to set your alarms!

Today, Wirehead are extremely pleased to be announcing their latest album, The Double Life Begins. We're very proud to announce that the album will be released on the 4th of December 2013 - just in time for Christmas.

We've been in the studio working hard all summer, and we hope that the hard work and sacrifice is going to pay off. We think we've created a revolutionary album that has deep artistic meaning behind every aspect of it - and we hope that you'll agree.

It's packed full of lively post-punk alternative sounds, inspired by our main influences - The Clash, Maxïmo Park, Franz Ferdinand, and a few other favourites.
